YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE
Our client is an innovative loan broker with a modern office centrally located in Stockholm. You will be employed by Inte Bara Post Bemanning and work on-site at Sandvik. This role is based entirely at the office; it is not a hybrid position.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
In this role, you are the person who ensures the office feels – and functions – at its best every day. You make sure the coffee is always ready, the kitchens are fresh, and everything runs smoothly without anyone needing to think about it. You like to keep track of things, take initiative, and step in where needed.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on the move throughout the day. One moment you are tidying up the pantry, the next you are receiving deliveries or helping to solve a minor technical issue in a meeting room. Simply put, you are the "go-to person" in the office.
You don't need to know everything from the start, but you must be curious.
- Refill and maintain coffee machines
- Inventory and order coffee, milk, tea, and other consumables
- Receive and handle deliveries
- Perform daily rounds to ensure pantries are clean and well-stocked
- Clear dishes, wipe surfaces, and keep the area tidy
- Receive and serve lunch and coffee break deliveries
- Manage breakfast arrangements
- Assist with simple practical tasks, such as:
- Hanging posters
- Changing light bulbs
- Assembling simple furniture
- Troubleshoot basic technology in meeting rooms
- Handle heavier deliveries when needed (e.g., carrying in drinks or other materials)
