We are looking for a versatile and experienced lead installer who enjoys responsibility and variety!

Are you self-reliant and have broad experience in construction services? Do you enjoy keeping order, taking responsibility, and ensuring tasks are completed? Then you might be the right person for us.

About Us

We are a construction company based in Limhamn. We work with everything from insurance claims to renovations for private individuals. At our company, quality, structure, and customer satisfaction are at the center.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who has worked extensively in construction services and is used to taking significant responsibility in their assignments. You have good knowledge of various work tasks and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

You are self-driven, proactive, and used to juggling multiple tasks. Digital documentation and mobile-based systems are a natural part of the work.

This position suits you if you enjoy responsibility, like keeping the big picture together, and want to continue developing in your profession.

Examples of Duties:

• Small and large renovations for private individuals
• Demolition, plastering, painting, kitchen installation, and flooring
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR (if you have experience)
• Handling insurance claims and restorations
• Communication with customers and documentation via mobile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years of experience in construction services
• Is structured, self-reliant, and quality-conscious
• Is confident in various work tasks
• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently
• Is accustomed to using a mobile phone for documentation, photos, and time reporting
• Has a B driver's license (own car is a plus)
