We are currently seeking a Production Operator for one of our clients in the concrete production industry. The position offers a varied and independent role where you will become an important part of the daily production. The assignment starts immediately and is suitable for someone who enjoys a practical role with significant personal responsibility and varying workdays. Operations are conducted through smaller production units throughout southern Sweden, each staffed by a small team.

Your Responsibilities

In the role of Production Operator, you will work broadly within production and be responsible for several key aspects of the operations. Examples of tasks include:

• Operating loading machinery/wheel loaders (C2 license required) for material handling
• Sampling and quality control of concrete, both at the factory and at the customer's site
• Participating in the production of recycled concrete
• Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as greasing and inspecting equipment
• Supporting other units as needed

The workday may be planned for Malmö one day, but can change with short notice, meaning you may need to drive to another factory, for example Landskrona. Travel between factories is done with the company car – you do not use your own vehicle. Flexibility and an open attitude towards change are therefore important.

Regular working hours are 06:30–15:30, but tasks and location may vary from day to day.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, responsible, and proactive. You enjoy practical work and have a genuine interest in production and technology.

Furthermore, you are flexible and adaptable, as work planning and location can change with short notice. You are curious, engaged, and eager to develop in your role. Safety awareness is a given in your daily work.

Requirements

• C2 license for loading machinery/wheel loaders
• Class B driver's license
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision
• Flexible and adaptable, as the workday can change with short notice
• Location is in Western Scania and surrounding areas, e.g., Landskrona, Malmö, Billeberga, Staffanstorp, or Helsingborg.
• The position varies between approximately 50–100%, depending on operational needs. Start is immediate, and selection is ongoing.
