Your role – creating complete deals, from needs to finished solutions

As a salesperson with us, you work with the big picture. This means you don't just sell a car – you build long-term relationships, create complete setups, and drive the business all the way from the first meeting to delivery and ongoing customer care.

Focus on the comprehensive deal

You map out the customer's needs and offer a complete solution that can include:

  • The right vehicle for the purpose (passenger car or LCV)
  • Insurance
  • Financing and leasing arrangements
  • Service agreements
  • Accessories & equipment
  • Consolidated solutions for corporate fleets

You ensure the customer feels secure throughout the entire process – and that the deal becomes both sustainable and profitable. You work proactively and strategically with B2B sales. In your B2B role, you create your own business opportunities through proactive customer contact, company visits, and continuous follow-up. You are an advisor just as much as a salesperson, building your own portfolio of corporate customers that you develop over time.

Relationships that drive results – You work long-term with return visits, follow-ups, and renewals. For us, relationships are just as important as the deals – and with you, they go hand in hand.

We believe you are someone who

  • Is passionate about creating real deals – from A to Z
  • Has experience in sales, preferably with comprehensive solutions or B2B
  • Is confident in making contact, booking meetings, and following up on leads
  • Has the ability to build trust and create lasting customer relationships
  • Is motivated by goals, responsibility, and the opportunity to influence your own success
  • Communicates well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
  • Has a B driving license (manual) and good computer skills

Location and scope

The position is based in Karlskrona and is a full-time position (permanent employment), we apply a probationary period. Start date after agreement, but preferably as soon as possible. Selection is made on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the final application date. We are working to increase diversity within our operations.
