Your role – from idea to finished product

As a product developer with us, you will have a central role working through the entire development chain – from the first idea and concept to a tested and finished product with the customer.

You will work closely with both colleagues and production, which means short decision-making paths and the opportunity to quickly see the results of your work. There are great opportunities to influence technology choices, design, and how we move forward.

This is what you will do

• Develop products for power and data distribution within 5G and IoT networks
• Work with copper and fiber solutions in technically advanced systems
• Help create innovative hybrid solutions where power and communication are integrated
• Drive development projects from idea, design, and prototype to testing and finished product
• Translate customer needs into smart, sustainable, and cost-effective solutions
• Test, analyze, and improve products – both in the lab and close to production
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and partners in a rapidly changing technology environment

Your background

• Engineering education in electronics or equivalent experience
• Experience with electrical design and PCB design
• Experience in product development
• Good knowledge of electronics CAD
• Understanding of electronics, telecom, and copper cable systems
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

Extra plus if you have:

• Experience with Monitor or similar business systems
• Experience with M365 or similar system environments
