We are currently seeking an experienced and business-driven leader to take full responsibility for our project operations at Enerco Mechpart Maintenance and Assembly AB. The role has a clear mandate: to further develop our existing project operations and business in Central Sweden, as well as to build and establish a strong project operation in Northern Sweden.

You will become a key person in the organization with a broad mandate to develop the business, strengthen our working methods, and build a scalable and long-term profitable project organization.

The role is part of the business unit's management team and reports directly to the Business Unit Manager.

About the Role

As the person responsible for project operations, you are accountable for both operational delivery and strategic development. You have overall responsibility for operations, business, and results within the project department and are an active part of the business unit's strategic work.

The role involves, among other things, that you:

• Lead, develop, and engage the existing project organization.

• Develop and broaden business activities, as well as strengthen customer relationships in Central Sweden.

• Build up project operations in Northern Sweden – from market presence and customer dialogue to staffing, structure, and delivery.

• Ensure structured and efficient project management according to our project models.

• Responsible for costing, cost estimations, and quotations.

• Support the sales organization with technical and commercial competence.

• Drive improvement work within processes, methods, and working practices.

• Maintain close dialogue with customers, suppliers, and internal functions.

The role involves travel and close collaboration with both customers and colleagues in various parts of the country.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with education in engineering, industrial production/design, industrial economics, or equivalent relevant education. You need experience from the heavy industry and assembly sector or equivalent areas.

You have a good understanding of project management methods and tools. You possess good knowledge in costing, tendering, and commercial assessments. Finally, we look for someone with strong leadership skills who is driven to develop and motivate a team towards common goals.

A Class B driver's license and good knowledge of the Office package are prerequisites for this role.
