The company was founded in 2010 and specializes in landscaping, paving, fine grading, maintenance, and winter upkeep. The business is broad and tailored to customer needs. They operate throughout Greater Stockholm with their base in Tumba.

The company is growing alongside its customers and has received more assignments. Therefore, the team needs to expand. Here, you will work in a company that values versatility and quality in every assignment.

We are currently looking for a gardener as the business grows and more maintenance assignments need to be handled. You will work largely independently at customer sites and report to the operations manager. You will depart from the office in Tumba every day.

About the position

As a landscape gardener, you will, among other things:

• Maintain outdoor environments for customers around Greater Stockholm.
• Be responsible for watering, raking, and fertilizing green areas.
• Keep outdoor environments clean and tidy according to customer needs.
• Document and report your work in the Bygglet system.
• Assist with planting when needed.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring your assignments are carried out correctly and that the work proceeds according to plan. You ensure that quality remains at a high level and that the customer is satisfied with the result. Since you often work alone, it is important that you can plan and take responsibility for the entire process, from start to finished work.

Desired profile:

• Class B driver's license.
• Operator's license for wheel loaders.
• Experience in garden maintenance.
• Availability to work on-call during winter for snow removal.

We are looking for someone who:

Is independent and meticulous; since you work alone and need to be able to make your own decisions in daily work.

Is responsible; as you are accountable for assignments being executed correctly and according to customer expectations.

Has a willingness to work outdoors in all weather; since the work takes place outside year-round and requires you to enjoy that environment.

Merits if you:

• Have previous experience in gardening work.

Other details:

Start: Immediate. Working hours: 07:00–16:00. Location: Based in Tumba, working in Greater Stockholm. Employment type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probation period.
