As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level regarding quality, pace, and service. You work in a team with varied tasks: serving guests, keeping the restaurant clean and tidy, working in the kitchen cooking burgers and fries, and managing the cash register to ensure guests receive exactly what they ordered. During your first days, you will learn the job step-by-step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, as well as through digital training on our learning platform, MAX Academy.

How does the process work?

For our restaurant staff positions, we have chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply. This means you do not need to submit a CV or cover letter. Instead, you will answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as possible.

Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that may arise in daily life at MAX, where you describe how you would act. This gives you an early insight into what it is like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

After we have reviewed both your application and your test, we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you proceed in the process, you will be invited to an interview. If you do not proceed, you will be notified via email. We handle applications on an ongoing basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline.

Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot advance candidates who do not complete the test.
