Hourly Substitutes for Preschools in Olofström

Do you enjoy working with children and are looking for flexible part-time work? Then you might be the one we are looking for! We are seeking individuals willing to work on an as-needed basis – perhaps you are a student, looking for extra income, or want to try working in preschool and pedagogy.

What does an hourly substitute do?

As a substitute, you are an important part of the children's day. You work alongside permanent staff to create a safe, educational, and inspiring environment for the children. You support daily activities and contribute with both care and pedagogy.

The work includes, among other things:

• Being a safe and present adult for the children
• Participating in play, teaching, and routine situations
• Collaborating with colleagues and following preschool routines
• Contributing to a positive, clear, and inclusive environment

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is:

• Responsible and easy to collaborate with
• Positive and enjoys meeting new people
• Calm and reassuring
• Flexible and able to step in with short notice
