Location: Karlshamn (work towards Karlskrona & Karlshamn)

Do you want to work in a structured and results-oriented way on assignments that make a real difference? We are now looking for an engaged and quality-driven career and study advisor for work within Rusta och Matcha (ROM2) and Career Guidance (KVL).

The position is full-time based in Karlshamn. The work is mainly on-site, with the possibility of remote work on Fridays.

About the role

As a career and study advisor, you are responsible for individual guidance efforts with a clear focus on progression, goal fulfillment, and results. You work in a structured manner according to the assignment's requirements and our internal quality routines.

You will be an important part of the operation and actively contribute to participants reaching employment or studies through professional guidance and clear planning.

Responsibilities

• Individual guidance focusing on goal formulation, activity planning, and career planning
• Ongoing follow-up and ensuring progression
• Conducting group activities related to labor market knowledge, study paths, and application processes
• Documentation of attendance, activities, and decisions in relevant systems (e.g., Workbuster/Mina Sidor)
• Collaboration with the Employment Service and other actors according to the assignment's guidelines
• Active quality work according to internal routines and quality management systems

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Degree in career and study guidance
• Very good ability to work in a structured and process-oriented manner
• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with the Employment Service's assignments and documentation requirements
• Experience with Workbuster/Mina Sidor
• Multilingualism
