RESPONSIBILITIES

As a teaching assistant, you will work in a team with teachers. You will follow the students throughout the school day and also be with them during leisure time. You will help shape the students' school and leisure time and support their development, both socially and academically. Your work with the students includes supporting them in various situations, such as during meals, hygiene, and other daily routines related to self-care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with an education in health and social care that qualifies you as a nursing assistant. You should have documented experience of previous work with children.

It is an advantage if you are a qualified preschool teacher through either the child and leisure program or as a supplementary education.

We are looking for a problem solver who can analyze situations, identify solutions, and develop effective, actionable strategies to overcome challenges.

You need to be good at creating and strengthening collaborations both internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and nurturing existing ones.

You should enjoy working in a team and strive for common goals. It comes naturally to you to compromise and share information and knowledge.

You are communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback.
