At Montico, we contribute by offering basic and advanced training in welding and workshop technology. We are now looking for an additional Educational Resource for our training operations in Ronneby.

Job Description

As an Educational Resource, you are an important support for all our participants, especially for those who need extra help to succeed in their education. Your main focus is to work with participants who struggle with the Swedish language, lack study habits, or have special needs for support in their studies.

You will focus on creating the best conditions for each individual to benefit from the education and develop the skills that are in demand in the Swedish labor market. You will work alongside our vocational teachers.

We are looking for someone who

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, has an easy time collaborating with others, and has an outgoing profile. You are curious and interested in keeping yourself constantly updated on developments in your area of expertise. To thrive in this role, it is important that you have the willingness and ability to share your knowledge in a pedagogical way. You have a desire and interest in being involved in the development of our educational operations. You are motivated by contributing to the development of others and helping them achieve their goals.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in workshop technology/CNC or welding technology
• Driving license B and fluent Swedish

Preferred:

• Experience in teaching workshop technology/CNC or welding technology
• Certified test leader for Skärteknikcentrum
