The preschools of Hallstahammar Municipality offer a variety of pedagogical approaches to stimulate children's curiosity, learning, and development. As a preschool teacher with us, you will become an important part of a professional and engaged team where you also have the opportunity to contribute to operational development together with colleagues and management. RESPONSIBILITIES
As a preschool teacher, you will work closely with the children in daily activities and be an important part of the interaction between children, parents, and colleagues. You will join established work teams at one of our preschools.
Lärkan and Äppelunden are preschools with operations during inconvenient working hours.
You:
- Have a professional approach in meetings with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Work towards respectful meetings where children's curiosity and initiatives are taken into account.
- Actively contribute to driving the preschool's development forward.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree and license to teach in preschool.
- Is well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents and works goal-oriented.
- Has experience of and a natural approach to systematic quality work.
- Preferably has experience with the material Före Bornholm.
- Has the possibility to work inconvenient hours when needed.
- Has knowledge of Finnish in speech and writing (merit), as Hallstahammar Municipality is part of the Finnish administrative area.
Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
Start date: Immediate.
