We are currently looking for you who want to work extra as a retail salesperson at our fantastic client Blomsterlandet, working in their store in Luleå. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but will work at Blomsterlandet. Here we offer great flexibility as you can easily set up your own availability to fit your daily life via our app. All of this is to ensure it fits both your and our customers' needs.

You are a person who is passionate about meeting people and satisfying customers' needs. As part of our team, you will have varied tasks, such as cashier work, sales, and picking goods. Regardless of the task, the focus will always be on providing our customers with fantastic service. You enjoy flexible tasks and see them as an opportunity for development.

Working as a pool employee with us at Retail Knowledge means that you are an ambassador for both us and the client you are on assignment with. For you to thrive in this role, it is important that you are a positive and service-minded person who finds it easy to communicate with other people and that you enjoy the fact that no two days are the same at work.

Requirements to become a pool employee with us

• You have another primary occupation for at least one year ahead. Note that this must consist of studies or part-time work.

• You have the possibility to work store hours, i.e., mornings, evenings, and weekends.

• You can work at least two weekdays per week plus one weekend day, or alternatively three weekdays.

• You enjoy flexible work and have the possibility to step in with short notice.

• You are flexible and can take work shifts on short notice when needed.

About you

• You are a responsible person.

• You find it easy to communicate and collaborate with others.

• You enjoy exceeding customers' expectations and are driven by personal interaction.

• You thrive in a sales role.

• You speak and write fluent Swedish.

Employment type: Temporary employment, indefinite
Working hours: Varied store hours (weekdays, weekends, day and evening)
Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement
