Why this job is for you Simply put, you want to be creative and innovative in solving technical problems. And that is exactly what we offer you. You are the expert; you tell us which solution you believe is best. You will not be alone; the keyword is collaboration. Cross-functional teams are created to solve projects, rather than selecting projects for an already existing group. Products and business areas will differ, and you will build new exciting solutions.

Your development is our development. What we offer you is not a predetermined path to follow. We do things our own way. You have control over your development, regardless of the direction you want to take. Whether it is about reaching a new role in the future or diving deeper into a specific technology, we are here to help you move forward.

You will work within our Hardware & Design business area, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to large-scale production.

Responsibilities You will meet people who care. Not just about the project and the technology, but also about each other. We do it together – that is how we move forward.

  • You will work with mechanical design and product development.

  • Analyze and break down technical problems to find the best solutions together with your team.

  • Take responsibility in projects and share your knowledge, while independently taking responsibility for your own work.

  • Work with continuous integration and delivery as central parts of your role.

Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys tackling tricky technical challenges and analyzing. You like to break down these challenges together with the team to reach the best solution. You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while being able to independently drive your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you need the following:

  • Engineering degree in mechanical design or product development.

  • At least 3 years of experience working as a mechanical designer within design and product development.

  • Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems.

  • You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

  • Experience with security-classified projects (merit) – and are willing to undergo security clearance if necessary.
