About the Position

We are now looking for industrial workers for upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. The workday can vary and include several different tasks depending on the department. Examples of job duties include assembly, machining, material handling, machine monitoring, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation is often required.

The position as an industrial worker is a consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. There are different work schedules within the organization, ranging from pure daytime and constant night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift systems. Below is an example of a 5-shift schedule; other shift forms are structured similarly, with each shift period spanning a week.

Example 5-shift:

Week 1 (Day): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00
Week 2: Off
Week 3 (Evening): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00
Week 4 (Night): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00
Week 5: Off

About You

We are looking for a person who is curious and engaged, with a strong desire to learn and develop. You thrive both in working independently and in close collaboration with others. You are meticulous, practically minded, and work in a structured manner with a clear focus on quality. For you, quality and safety are a natural part of everyday life, and you take responsibility for ensuring that your work is performed correctly and according to given instructions. Additionally, you have a good command of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Personal suitability is important, but we particularly appreciate if you have:

Experience from practical work, such as in crafts, construction, workshops, or similar.
Experience from industrial work or similar environments.
Education in electrical, technical, industrial fields, or equivalent.
Forklift and/or overhead crane certification.
