About the Role

As Rituals' new store sales associate, you are passionate about customer experience and teamwork. Every Rituals customer is unique. With your skills and knowledge, you guide each customer to the right products to meet their needs. In addition, you are responsible for:

• Collaborating closely with your colleagues to achieve both your personal and the store's goals.
• Engaging with customers and delivering a Best in Class customer experience.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy store according to company standards, ensuring products are always presented in line with Rituals' visual merchandising guidelines.
• Adhering to safety procedures in the store.

In return, you will have the opportunity to grow with us, developing your knowledge and skills in retail through our global training programs, where you will learn more about our product range and sales techniques.

Requirements

In the store, you will work alongside passionate and enthusiastic colleagues who truly work with Heart & Soul. Just like you, they are driven to create a magical customer experience. You are one of a kind because you have the ability to make genuine connections with customers and make them feel at home in our stores. As a Rituals store sales associate, you are also professional and act as an ambassador for our brand. You also have:

• Relevant experience in a similar role within retail, customer service, or healthcare and social services.
• A results-driven mindset and are a team player.
• The ability to make decisions and solve problems.
• An eye for detail, and are organized and structured.
• Very good language skills in Swedish and English.
• You are 18 years of age or older.
