Do you want to work in a varied administrative role with many points of contact? We at MR Sörmland are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented order administrator for a temporary position, either full-time or part-time.

About the role

As an order administrator, you will create projects and order documentation in our order system NEXT. You will have a central role in the organization and work closely with team leaders, area managers, and our executors.

You will be part of a team of administrators where you support each other and manage workload peaks together. The role combines administration, system work, and ongoing contact with both colleagues and members.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing order management in NEXT
• Handling of invoice inquiries and complaints
• Maintenance of supplier register in Lime
• Preparation of documentation for VAT declaration
• Application for ROT and RUT deductions
• Financial follow-up of projects
• Member support via email and phone
• Preparation of templates and instructions
• Participation in startup meetings
• Registration of project and invoicing information
• Management of contracts in Lime

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in order or financial administration
• Is used to working in business systems
• Has good system skills and is quick to learn new tools
• Is meticulous, structured, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a role with many points of contact

Experience with NEXT is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Employment type: Temporary, start date to be agreed upon

• Location: Katrineholm (occasional travel within Sörmland may occur)
• Working hours: Office hours
• Salary: According to agreement
