Sjöborgs Maskin is looking for an inside sales representative who wants to work in a varied role with a lot of customer contact and short lead times from inquiry to finished solution. You will be an important part of the flow from quote to delivery and will work with order management, supplier dialogue, purchasing, and inventory responsibility.

As an inside sales representative, you help customers find the right products and ensure that orders are correct and delivered on time. You have daily contact with both customers and suppliers and handle orders via phone and email, as well as answer technical questions.

The role also includes:

·        Order management in the business system.

·        Daily contact with customers via phone or email for technical support.

·        Ordering goods and following up on deliveries

·        Operations in our own warehouse, packing outgoing deliveries and managing incoming deliveries.

·        Participating in inventory, ISO work, and to some extent invoicing

·        If needed, attending events and representing Sjöborgs Maskin

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find the right solution, preferably with a technical background. You are meticulous, structured, and have a knack for communicating clearly in both speech and writing. You are comfortable working in business systems and appreciate collaboration with both customers and suppliers.
