Electrical Work Leader – Hallsberg

Infranord has been awarded the contract to perform basic maintenance of the Western Main Line railway facility, Hallsberg-Laxå, as well as the Hallsberg marshalling yard, starting from September 1, 2026. We are now looking for an Electrical Work Leader. Location: Hallsberg.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Electrical Work Leader at Infranord, you have personnel responsibility for the electricians in your work group. You take your own initiatives and are a good role model who engages and motivates.

You are responsible for ensuring that electrical installations carried out are designed, planned, and controlled according to Infranord's quality system and self-control program for electrical installation work.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this assignment, you need a high school education from the Electrical and Energy program.

You have experience from contracting operations and the railway industry. A B-class driver's license is a must.

Merits:

• Overhead line switching leader (Kopplingsledare kontaktledning)
• Authorization from the Swedish Electrical Safety Authority (Elsäkerhetsverket)
• Previous personnel responsibility is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you enjoy creating good and respectful relationships.
