Our assignment for our client in Lund consists of a broad restaurant operation.
Your Responsibilities
- All types of tasks in the restaurant kitchen, such as preparing lunch, developing menus, organizing catering, making salads and sandwiches, as well as baking and creating desserts.
- Cleaning and dishwashing.
- Responsible for your part of the delivery, but also collaborating with colleagues in the team to ensure food quality before it reaches the guest.
- Together with the team, create first-class service by helping all our colleagues in the various service areas to achieve the best experience for the guest. We apply multi-skilling, meaning we work across boundaries.
- Menu and procurement planning, as well as ordering for operations together with colleagues.
- Document and ensure that we follow hygiene routines according to given regulations.
- Prepare, produce, and present food of the highest standard.
- Serve and portion food in our service line in the restaurant, as well as in our VIP dining room.
Qualifications
- You are a chef with several years of documented professional experience and education.
- You have a passion for cooking and understand that culinary joy is created together by supporting, challenging, and inspiring each other.
- You have experience and a genuine interest and understanding regarding the handling of all food to minimize food waste.
- You share our values: teamwork, service mindset, and forward-thinking.
- You have good computer skills (Office 365) and knowledge of digital tools and other systems related to the restaurant industry.
- You speak fluent Swedish and are proficient in English.
- Class B driver's license.

Job Details
Fixed-term employment for 6 months, 100%. Working hours are during the day, Monday–Friday, 06:30–15:00, with a 30-minute break. Evening events may occur.
