At Hus 57, we are now looking for a driven and engaged leader for the dining room and bar. Here you will have the opportunity to fully utilize your work experience – not only in daily operations but also in developing both the team and the guest experience to the next level.

You take a holistic approach to the guest journey – from booking to farewell – and ensure that everything runs smoothly, even when the pace is high. With your experience, you contribute to structure, quality, and professional hospitality in every moment.

We believe that you:

• Have several years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leading role as a head waiter or similar
• Are confident in your leadership and driven by creating strong teams and satisfied guests
• Have a business mindset and understand how to create upselling through service
• Are accustomed to working with booking systems and digital tools
• Thrive in a dynamic environment where you can use both your experience and initiative
