Night Receptionist at Malmö Arena Hotel

Malmö Arena Hotel is a family-owned and colorful destination hotel located in the best area of Malmö Hyllie, just 12 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. With 395 rooms, we are Malmö's second largest hotel. Here, you can enjoy a good night's sleep, the kitchen's genuine culinary craftsmanship, and the outstanding view from the Sky Bar. The hotel is situated in Hyllie, Malmö's most sustainable district and one of the Nordic region's most dynamic meeting and event areas.

We are now seeking a night receptionist for Malmö Arena Hotel's reception. The position is a fixed-term employment of approximately 80% from April/May 2026 to January 2027.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out guests
• Provide our guests with the highest level of service and competence, ensuring they are always correctly greeted
• Assist hotel guests with various questions and requests before, during, and after their stay
• Cash handling
• Patrolling
• Early breakfast service
• Administrative tasks, such as reviewing arrival lists and booking systems
• Manage bookings via email, phone, and systems

The work hours are from 22:45 to 07:15, working 7 days followed by 7 days off.

As an 80% employee, you will work according to a schedule where the total working hours amount to 486 hours over a 16-week period.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with experience in reception work who enjoys working at night. You have a strong presence and dare to be personal in all interactions. You have an interest in our guests and our hotel and bring a lot of positive energy. You are organized, detail-oriented, and confident in yourself and your professional role. Since we have a large proportion of international guests, we require you to speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
