Bartender/Server for the Skybar – Malmö Arena Hotel

Malmö Arena Hotel is a family-owned and colorful destination hotel located in the best area of Malmö Hyllie, just 12 minutes from Copenhagen Airport. With 395 rooms, we are Malmö's second-largest hotel. Here, you can enjoy a good night's sleep, the kitchen's genuine culinary craftsmanship, and the stunning view from the Skybar. Your Role with Us

With us, you will have a varied workday where no evening is the same. You will work both at the bar and among the guests.

Your responsibilities include:

• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Mixing drinks and managing the bar
• Cash handling
• Preparation for opening and closing
• Restocking supplies
• Ensuring that the bar is always clean, pleasant, and welcoming

You will work alongside an experienced team – but are also expected to take responsibility and contribute to the overall experience.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is at least 18 years old
• Has previous experience working in a cocktail bar
• Is used to working evenings and weekends
• Thrives in a busy environment and can stay calm even when the pace picks up
• Spreads positive energy and loves to provide top-notch service
• Is a team player who contributes to a good atmosphere
• Has the drive, willingness, and right attitude to grow with us
