Assistant Nurse at Emmaboda Municipality – Building the Small Town of the Future

Responsibilities
The work is based on a social and salutogenic approach. The individual's needs and life situation influence how tasks are defined and performed. Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing support and services based on granted assistance according to the Social Services Act.
- Actively participating in collaboration efforts, such as workplace meetings.
- Attending team meetings and scheduling meetings.
- Collaborating with other professionals within and outside the organization.
- Documenting in the operational system.
- Creating and updating implementation plans together with the individual.
- Working according to the Social Services Plan, which forms the foundation of our daily work.
The position is currently located in the Emmaboda South Service Area. As an employee, you may occasionally be required to work in other service areas within the municipality's elderly care. Flexibility and the ability to collaborate are therefore essential qualities.
Qualifications
To thrive and develop with us, you should be curious and have a positive mindset. Experience with social documentation and implementation plans is an asset. You must have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and a willingness to contribute to the team's development regarding dialogue, reflection, and working methods.
As a person, you must be flexible, responsible, and show great respect for the individual's integrity. You should be able to both collaborate and work independently. You must be a qualified assistant nurse (Undersköterska). Education and experience in working with people suffering from dementia are considered an asset. A professional approach, including humility and patience, is required.
We place great importance on your personal suitability. You must also hold a valid driver's license for cars.
