We are looking for a Nursing Assistant to Vidala Linnean

Vidala is a care and nursing home with four units located in Södra Vi. Two units for people with dementia diagnosis and two units for people with physical disabilities. Linnean is a unit for people with dementia. Working hours vary between day/evening/weekend.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities involve facilitating the daily life of the users, providing them with good care and a meaningful everyday life. The responsibilities include being the primary care contact for users, which involves establishing and following up on action plans together with users, collaborating with relatives and licensed staff. A good approach is a given. By working with person-centered care, we utilize the strengths of each user. The responsibilities also include documenting and performing rehabilitative interventions based on instructions from physiotherapists and occupational therapists. Medical tasks are included in the work based on delegation from a licensed nurse. Vidala is located in Södra Vi, and public transport is limited, so you may need to have access to your own car to and from the workplace.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education in the Health and Care program or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
• Experience in similar work is an advantage
• Driving license B is an advantage

As a person, you are responsible and flexible, have a service-oriented attitude, and a positive mindset. It is important that you can work independently and have good collaboration skills. It is also important that you have an empathetic ability. The position requires documentation, so you need to be computer literate and have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written forms.
