About you

We are looking for someone who curiously contributes your skills to our wonderful workgroup. To succeed in this role, you need to have a Swedish midwifery license, preferably with professional experience. Since we train midwives, it is a plus if you also have mentoring competence. As a person, you should be confident, independent, and able to focus on the right things in your professional role. Your judgment, ability to collaborate, and ability to convey information appropriately are assets in this role. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.

Your future workplace

The Women's Clinic in Västervik and the Maternal Health Care in northern Kalmar County operate by providing effective health care in women's health, maternal health care, and childbirth. The clinic includes a gynecological outpatient clinic with day care, as well as surgical and delivery departments. The care department includes maternity and gynecological inpatient care with 15 beds.

Västervik Hospital is one of three hospitals in Kalmar County. The hospital is an emergency hospital with maternity care and maternity wards.
