Welcome to a municipality with a positive team spirit and limitless future prospects! Eda is a municipality with approximately 1000 employees who all work in some way to provide service to our citizens, employees, and visitors.

Eda Bostads AB is a wholly owned municipal company tasked with promoting housing supply in Eda municipality, building and managing properties for the municipality's administration, as well as commercial services.

We have apartments and premises in several locations in the municipality, with the majority concentrated in Charlottenberg, Åmotfors, and Koppom, while there are fewer in Skillingsfors. The housing stock is varied, ranging from traditional apartment buildings to single-family villas. The premises consist of, among other things, business and office spaces.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for both the internal and external maintenance of our properties as well as the properties we manage on behalf of Eda municipality. You will work with reporting issues, repairs, and maintenance. In the role of property caretaker with us, you will work closely with customers to provide good service. You need to be service-oriented, committed, and responsible. The job requires you to be structured and able to work independently, while also being flexible and able to handle various tasks and easily see what needs to be done.

You will work with a wide variety of tasks, both outdoors and indoors. The task is to take care of the indoor and outdoor environment at our rental apartments, premises, and managed municipal properties together with colleagues.

The primary location is Charlottenberg, but work may also occur in other locations in the municipality. The work will be done both independently and in groups.

You will normally work during the day, with overtime/on-call duty possible.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and responsible and wants to work as a property caretaker. To succeed in the role, we prefer that you have previous work experience in property and garden maintenance. It is advantageous if you have education or experience in property/plumbing/electricity.

You should be able to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

We are currently developing our IT tools, which means you should have computer skills.
