What are we looking for:

Lundstams Recycling has been entrusted to carry out property-close collection of household waste in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen municipalities starting in November 2026. We are therefore looking for positive, communicative, and organized environmental workers/drivers based in Mora, Orsa, or Älvdalen. The main task is to drive a rear-loading four-compartment compactor truck or a two-compartment rear-loading compactor truck for property-close collection of household waste. We consider it an advantage if you have previously worked with environmental services. We want you to be service-oriented, systematic, and meticulous. You should be good at logistics and planning and able to keep several balls in the air at the same time. We first offer you a probationary employment, and if everything goes well, a permanent full-time position, 40 hours/week in two shifts.

Job Description:

As a collection driver, you will play an important role as the company's face to our customers. You will be responsible for a professional approach, plan your work independently, solve problems, and report deviations. As a collection driver, your main tasks will consist of independently working with the collection and emptying of containers for household waste in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen municipalities. Our vehicles are part of the outward face as well as an important part of the work environment. Therefore, daily vehicle maintenance and ordering of service and repairs are also part of the job duties.

We are looking for someone who is positive and has high social competence. You are unpretentious and have an easy time collaborating with your colleagues at Lundstams and also find it easy to represent Lundstams towards our customers in various contexts. You also need to have basic IT skills. As a person, you should be solution-focused, responsible, and self-driven. You should also have good physical ability and enjoy working outdoors. Industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement. It is also advantageous if you have a CE license. The position may also include other tasks such as driving other collection assignments in Mora, Orsa, and Älvdalen.

- Good physical condition, enjoys working outdoors.

- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
