We are looking for a production planner who wants to take a key role in driving and developing production flows. Here you will work closely with both production and projects in a dynamic environment where planning, collaboration, and improvement work are in focus. We are now looking for a production planner for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Järfälla. In this role, you will have a central position in the organization where you are responsible for planning, following up, and optimizing production flows.

You will analyze production flows, evaluate material and resource needs, and ensure that production adheres to set timelines and quality standards. The role entails overall responsibility for your products – from the initiation of production needs to when the products are fully assembled and ready for delivery.

You will work closely with both production and project operations and have a broad internal network. Furthermore, you will play an important role in driving and implementing business development projects, where you together with various stakeholders identify areas for improvement and implement effective working methods and processes.

• Plan and follow up production to ensure delivery according to schedule
• Analyze production flows as well as material and resource needs
• Be responsible for products from initiated production needs to completed delivery
• Ensure that production meets set quality standards
• Collaborate with various internal functions such as production, projects, and logistics
• Drive and participate in business development projects within production
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes
• Follow up plans, adjust in case of deviations, and escalate if necessary

• Has a post-secondary education, for example, a degree in a relevant field
• Has at least 3 years of experience in production, logistics, or production planning
• Has a good understanding of manufacturing processes and production flows
• Has experience working with planning in a production environment
• Has good knowledge of Excel, advantageous with VBA, SQL, or ERP systems (e.g., IFS)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by Friday.
