JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for you who want to work with us during the period of June to August.

We primarily care for patients in urology, vascular, breast and endocrinology, as well as ear-nose-throat. We have both acute and elective patients with generally short care processes. We work in teams and with person-centered care.

As a nursing assistant, you will be responsible for basic care, as well as catheter placement, venipuncture, drains, wound dressings, mobilization, etc.

In the unit, there are coordinators responsible for phone calls, ordering transports, and performing administrative tasks. We also have support from patient-centered services that manage supplies and patient kitchens.

Interviews will be scheduled continuously during the spring until the need is met.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are primarily looking for someone with training as a nursing assistant, preferably with an interest and experience in surgical care. You who are a nursing or medical student with previous experience in healthcare or care are also welcome to apply.

You need to be flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Having a good initiative, showing interest, and being helpful are important qualities to succeed in the role of nursing assistant with us. You will need to handle rapid prioritizations one moment and in the next moment hold a patient's hand and spread comfort.
