Here at the municipal home care service in Sundbyberg, we are four home care groups responsible for ensuring that all our care recipients receive their assessed services according to their own wishes and needs. As a summer substitute in home care, you are responsible for ensuring that our care recipients receive their approved services with the best possible quality when our regular staff are on vacation.

Your tasks involve having overall responsibility for our care recipients' well-being, which includes assistance with personal care and service. You will replace regular staff during vacations or other short absences. You will receive an introduction at the workplace.

Qualifications

• We want you to be a trained nursing assistant or have other experience that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• You have a genuine interest and commitment to elderly people in need of care and support.
• You should have a very good attitude.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement so that you can express yourself in speech and writing.
• You should be able to work independently and also enjoy collaborating with others.
• Other qualities we highly value are flexibility and service ability.

We place great importance on your personal qualities.

The position is a temporary employment where you replace regular staff during vacations, illness, or other absences. Start date according to agreement.
