We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on a scheduled full-time basis (up to 100%) for a young man living just outside central Visby.

You need to be able to work primarily between 08:00 and 08:00 at least a few days a week.

Your tasks will include: transfers, assistance, personal hygiene, and accompanying the individual in various activities.

About you: We prefer that you have professional experience in care and support and have experience working as a personal assistant. However, even if you do not have experience, you are warmly welcome to apply as we are primarily looking for someone who wants to work in this role.

You are patient, organized, non-smoking, responsible, and able to step up when needed while also being attentive and able to take a more passive role.

You need to be mentally and physically strong as transfers are involved.

Meritorious: If you are currently working as a personal assistant or have done so previously.

Working hours: Usually shifts from 08:00 to 08:00, but many other shifts will also become available now that a full-time employee is leaving.

Scope: Position up to 100%

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations such as e.g. extra shifts/shift supplements in accordance with collective agreements.

Other: To be employed with us, you need to have a bank ID.
