Do you want to make a difference in people's daily lives? We are looking for three nursing assistants for day shifts and one nursing assistant for evening shifts.
We are located in the resource area of Soltofta, which is part of the Bulltofta unit within regular housing. The resource group works together with home care groups throughout the resource area and has close collaboration with colleagues in home healthcare and rehabilitation to provide good care to our users.
We share a building with one of Malmö's most modern dementia care facilities and day activities. There is free parking available near our premises and good public transport connections.

Job Responsibilities
As a nursing assistant, you will help and support the user with care interventions based on individual needs and wishes. You will assist the user with personal care, medical interventions performed on delegation from a licensed nurse, cooking, cleaning, shopping, and laundry.
In addition to practical work, you should also be able to document events concerning the user and maintain contact with the user's relatives. The job includes giving advice and information as well as motivating and encouraging the user to manage as much as possible on their own. In your daily work, you will also collaborate with home healthcare, rehabilitation, case managers, and other home care groups.
The positions refer to three day shifts and one evening shift, with work every other weekend.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Nursing assistant education with passing grades
- Proof of protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or a certificate from an employer showing that you had a permanent position as a nursing assistant on July 1, 2023
- Ability to cycle
- Good Swedish in speech and writing
- Experience using a computer as a tool and aid, as well as a willingness and ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with individuals with permanent disabilities
- Experience with dementia and/or psychiatry
- Knowledge of LifeCare, Flexite, and Senior Alert
- A driver's license
