About the position

You will work in home care in Stockholm. Our clients are located in the local area, and we travel on foot, by bike, or by car.

Job responsibilities

As a nursing assistant with us, you play an important role in our clients' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on enhancing the client's independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting clients in their daily lives and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on services in a safe and correct manner according to assistance decisions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• Nursing assistant education
• Driver's license B
• Experience working in home care
• Good knowledge of documentation and working in the municipality's digital systems as well as implementation plans
