We are looking for nursing assistants for the care department, home care.

Together with other staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing care work with a focus on quality. You will actively participate in quality and development work and will perform health and medical care interventions by delegation. We are looking for someone who is driven to work with people and make a real difference for customers every day. You have the ability to empower and support customers in all aspects of daily life. As a person, you are meticulous and engaged with customers and their relatives. It is important that you always meet our residents and their relatives in a warm and respectful manner.

You find it easy to collaborate, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in the workplaces. We work based on the principle that the care we provide is always tailored to each individual's needs. The work includes documentation in our journal system Life Care. We apply a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications: Nursing assistant qualifications. You are flexible, have good initiative, good collaboration skills, and an interest in working with the elderly. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

Driver's license: A B driver's license is required for employment in home care.

Duration/working hours: Permanent employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date by agreement. Employment will be ongoing, so do not wait to apply.
