About the role As an Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for developing and nurturing your customer relationships. You will work both operationally and strategically to increase market share, identify business opportunities, and drive customer projects from start to finish. The role involves being responsible for your own contracts and budget while ensuring profitability and development in existing and new businesses. You are the face of Mattssons and regularly visit customers, provide technical advice on fasteners, logistics, and product solutions, and collaborate with customer support and other internal functions to create the best possible customer experience. You will continuously work to maintain customer records, forecasts, and marketing plans and play an important role in the company's ongoing development work.

The district covers all of Sweden, and the job involves travel and customer visits as well as close collaboration with both internal process and quality functions.

Who we are looking for We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where long-term relationships, technology, and business meet. You have experience in B2B sales, preferably from industry, technology, or logistics, and you are driven by understanding the customer's needs and translating them into thoughtful and business-oriented solutions. To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, responsible, and have a natural ability to build trust with your customers. You are curious, engaged, and motivated to work long-term with both relationship building and clear sales goals. The role requires good communication skills in Swedish and English, and it is advantageous if you have technical understanding or interest in fasteners, logistics flows, or process industry.
