We offer positions within our home care teams Öster and Måå, based in Fjärås and central Kungsbacka.

The Role of Assistant Nurse, Care Assistant and Aide with Us

As a caregiver with us, you will meet people with various needs and work in their homes. It is a free and varied job where you will be part of a professional workgroup. We work with continuity in three smaller teams. In your role, collaboration with colleagues and home healthcare is crucial to provide high-quality care with a personal focus and a rehabilitative approach. By creating tailored implementation plans and routines for each care recipient, while striving for a safe and stimulating environment for both them and your workgroup, you create a meaningful and enriching care experience.

You will work according to a schedule that includes days, evenings, and every other weekend.

Your Profile

As a person, you enjoy working in a team and find it easy to meet and collaborate with others. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional demeanor towards residents and colleagues. Furthermore, you are eager to learn new things and actively participate in the development of the organization, being creative in finding new solutions. You have good computer skills and an interest in learning about our digital tools, such as Medvind, Combine, and IP. Personal suitability will be given great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• holds a valid driver's license (B)
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent position with placement according to agreement.

The position is full-time or according to agreement. Within the Department of Health & Care, all employees in home care and care homes are employed at a 100% employment rate, but employees have the option to reduce their desired employment rate based on the needs of the organization.

Before an offer of employment, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented. Please prepare by ordering an extract from the criminal record as soon as possible. You will need to show proof of work in the home with the elderly and persons with disabilities. Background checks may be conducted before employment.

As of July 1, 2023, assistant nurse is a protected professional title.
