At Attendo, we are currently looking for a nursing assistant for home care in Ängelholm. We are a smaller operation that is growing rapidly in central Ängelholm. Currently, we have about 100 customers and aim to continue growing.

About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and secure feeling for our customers in their homes is essential. We are also looking for someone who wants to work as a coordinator with us and assist with administrative tasks as needed. As a coordinator, your tasks will include planning, communication, staffing, and problem-solving.

Your tasks include:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the individual needs and wishes of the customer

• Assisting with meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, etc., as needed.

• Documenting and working based on decided interventions

• Collaborating with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

• Supporting with administrative tasks as needed regarding planning, communication with external and internal contacts, staffing, and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 points.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care

• Experience in delegation.

• Previous administrative experience

Working hours: full-time

Working time: Daytime, evenings, and weekends may occur.
