Akkodis is now seeking consultants in mechanical design for several exciting assignments with our clients in industry, energy, and technology.

About the Role:

As a consultant with us, you will work on the design and development of products and systems in technically advanced environments. The assignments vary depending on the client and project, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skills and work with different types of solutions - from concept development to finished product.

Responsibilities:

Depending on the assignment, your tasks may include:

Design and development of mechanical components and systems
3D modeling and creation of drawings in CAD tools
Participation in the entire development process - from concept to production
Collaboration with other disciplines such as electrical, software, and production
Technical documentation and requirements management
Troubleshooting, verification, and improvement of existing designs
Contact with suppliers and support for production

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Experience in mechanical design, both junior and senior profiles are of interest
Knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, Catia, or NX
Experience in product development, manufacturing methods, or industrial environments is a plus
Good problem-solving skills and a structured approach to work
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good knowledge of Swedish and English
