The job involves preventing and managing risks by monitoring premises, patrolling areas, and ensuring that security procedures are followed. As our customer grows, we need to recruit new skilled employees.

We work closely with our customer who has high demands on our delivery and service execution, while this is an exciting and challenging assignment. You will work together with the customer, visitors, and contractors in the daily operations where the focus on service and physical security is the highest priority. Some knowledge and interest in technology and good Swedish & English in both spoken and written form are required as the customer is English-speaking.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high service and is responsible, self-driven, and accustomed to taking initiative. You should enjoy working independently as well as in a team. We prefer that structuring, solution-oriented thinking, and flexibility come naturally to you. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our requirements for this position

You must be of legal age and have no criminal record*, according to FAP 573-2, you also need to be drug-free and have a high school diploma. In addition, you need to have good Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. To work at Avarn, you need to have good health and physical fitness with an orderly economy. You must also possess a B driver's license.

Desirable qualifications:

• security guard training (VU1 + VU2), protection guard training, or other training from the security industry. Also, an interest in technology and technical knowledge.

If you have the right profile for Avarn and proceed in the process but do not already possess the required training (VU1, VU2), we will cover your training! You will undergo security guard training (VU1, 9 days) at BYA, the Security Industry's Occupational and Work Environment Board. Participation in this is a prerequisite for employment.
