OK Västerbotten is a local association that facilitates movement for people and works for a sustainable and vibrant region. We are owned by our members from Västerbotten and operate on a democratic basis. Today, we have over 90,000 members and run 34 fuel stations throughout Västerbotten, of which 21 are staffed. We are now looking for an Assistant Sales Manager for OKQ8 Vilhelmina.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will support the Sales Manager and step in for them when needed. This means motivating, coaching, and supporting the staff, handling administrative tasks, as well as working at the cash register and in the store.

You are a positive person who enjoys meeting new people. You like to work in a fast-paced environment and look forward to being part of a close-knit team that collectively solves the challenges of the workday. As a salesperson at an OKQ8 station, you are the company's ultimate representative, and we expect you to see every customer interaction as the beginning of a long-term relationship. Previous experience in sales and service as well as leadership is required, as is a B driver's license.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will work shifts. This position is a permanent employment of 38.25 hours per week. The station is open weekdays from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM and weekends from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
