We are looking for a service-oriented employee for Saluhall, Food & Fika

As a store employee, you are the face of the store, working with customer contact and sales. We always prioritize the customer and provide a customer service experience that contributes to a sense of service, inspiration, and (more) sales. Furthermore, it is important for us at ICA Maxi Stormarknad Umeå to always take responsibility for helping the customer and to constantly participate in the store's areas for improvement and development. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that customers are always greeted by a nice and well-stocked department with everything it entails.

Job Responsibilities:

The work involves working in our restaurant. Customer service, cash handling, lunch serving, managing our à la carte menu, pizza baking, sales, self-control, etc.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in service and always wants to provide the best service to our customers. You should have an interest in food and the desire to develop the department forward. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks. It is important that you can work independently as there are times during the day when you work alone.

Scope: 30 hours a week. Varying working hours between 06:30-19:30. There may be changes around holidays. Every other weekend.

Permanent position but the position starts with a probationary period of 6 months.
