Water and sanitation are the departments responsible for these services. With us, you will become an important part of the work with the external maintenance of the municipality's facilities for water and sewage, as well as keeping our recycling stations clean, safe, and functional.

You will work in a team where the work environment, dialogue, and well-being are central. The tasks vary and may involve both work in pairs and independently. Therefore, you need to have a good drive and a high sense of responsibility.

Water and sanitation belong to the growth area within the municipal management administration. The municipal management administration supports three committees: the Municipal Executive Board, the Building and Environmental Committee, and the Community Planning Committee. The administration employs about 135 staff and is divided into areas of staff, building and environment, and community planning and growth.

A Day as a Seasonal Worker in Water and Sanitation

The water and sanitation work includes, among other things:

• Maintenance of green areas
• Lawn mowing and trimming
• Other property maintenance such as painting

The work at the recycling stations includes, among other things:

• Cleaning and supervision of containers and areas
• Reporting of deviations
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for the municipality's residents

Together, we contribute to developing the municipality and providing good service to our residents.

Your Competence

Requirements for the position:

• At least 18 years old
• Driver's license B for manual transmission vehicles
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language

Experience in similar tasks is an advantage.
