  • Lead the work with ISO 14001 certification and contribute to ISO 9001 work as needed.
  • Coordinate and support risk analyses at different levels within the organization.
  • Drive structured improvement work with a focus on progression, not perfection.

Who are you?

Experience and competence requirements:

  • Documented leadership ability and experience in influencing and driving change.
  • Experience in leading and conducting audits/reviews, primarily within ISO.
  • Experience from the chemical industry or other process industries.
  • Experience with authority contacts in environmental and occupational health matters.

  • Strong competence in process safety – LOTOTO, permit systems, process safety design.
  • Ability to work independently and create structure in a complex international matrix organization.

Meritorious:

  • Experience with ISO 14001 (highly desirable) and/or ISO 9001.
  • Familiarity with European environmental legislation.

We are looking for a person with high integrity, strong drive, and initiative who can create order and structure in complex environments. You are a change leader who gets people to follow routines and develop behaviors while building trust and engagement in the team. You communicate clearly and transparently, prioritize the right things, and drive continuous improvements without getting stuck in perfection.

The position is based in Bellö/Nässjö and requires a high presence on-site. Travel to Märsta is regularly included, in some periods more than once a month.

Do you want to combine structure, change management, and safety culture in a central and developing role? Welcome with your application.
