Why You Are Important

We are looking for an Environment and Safety Specialist who will take operational responsibility for our environmental, safety, and sustainability work. This is a role for you who want to work where it happens, out in the operations close to the pulse and decisions. It is about ensuring that work methods, risk assessments, and requirements work in practice.

You will report to the Head of Quality and work cross-functionally within the organization. Here, you will combine practical improvement work with structure, follow-up, and compliance.

Our Culture

At Euroform Group, we are building a culture that does not settle for the conventional. We believe in a daily life where people can think for themselves, think new, and think long-term. We challenge the established to create value — by finding better ways forward and creating solutions that make a real difference for customers, colleagues, and the business.

Challenging the status quo is not a project or initiative — it is the way we work. Every day. With respect. With commitment. With responsibility. And always with a clear customer focus.

Focus in Your Role

The role is about making work methods and requirements work in practice – and catching risks before they become problems. You will primarily:

  • Conduct and coordinate risk assessments
  • Ensure that decided actions are actually implemented and followed up
  • Drive and support deviation investigations focusing on root causes, not symptoms
  • Initiate improvements that reduce risk, waste, and energy consumption
  • Be responsible for sustainability reporting and external reporting to customers and authorities
  • Act as a contact person towards relevant authorities
  • Contribute to audits and ensure that actions are handled
  • Ensure legal monitoring and regulatory compliance
  • Educate and engage the organization in these matters

You are confident in various contexts and do not hesitate to engage in dialogue where needed. You combine structure with drive – and do not leave questions halfway.

If We May Wish

To succeed in this role, you need to have several years of experience in environmental and safety work in industrial or technical operations. We believe you bring:

  • Experience in risk assessments and action work in an operational environment
  • Experience in deviation management and root cause analysis
  • Good knowledge of environmental and occupational health legislation
  • Familiarity with authority contact and external reporting
  • Experience in structured sustainability work

You have the ability to build functioning routines, work methodically in digital environments, and ensure that documentation is of high quality. You also have a linguistic proficiency and master both Swedish and English in speech and writing, and can formulate reports that meet regulatory standards.

Is This the Right Place for You?

You are confident in various contexts and do not hesitate to engage in dialogue where needed. You combine structure with drive – and do not leave questions halfway.

Here, you will work closely with the operations and be an important part of our ability to develop quality, reduce risks, and strengthen our long-term sustainability. With us, you will operate in a company with a clear future focus and high ambitions. We continuously develop and have a long-term view of both the business and employees.

If you want to grow with us – then we want to grow with you!
