Tilda is 19 years old and lives with her family in Danderyd, close to Mörby Centrum (subway and buses), Djursholms Ösby (Roslagsbanan). The family consists of her mother, father, older sister, and older brother.

Tilda has autistic traits and motor difficulties. She needs support when walking and uses alternative communication to express herself to those around her.

On a daily basis, Tilda attends high school where she thrives and has a large part of her social life. In her free time, Tilda enjoys outings to Gröna Lund, the cinema, football, museums, etc., as well as shopping in stores.

The job involves being Tilda's support and extended arm primarily at home. You will assist her with tasks she cannot manage on her own, which also serves as training for Tilda, such as eating, communication, mobility, hygiene, etc.

During Tilda's waking hours, you will work together with another assistant, known as double assistance.

We are now seeking reinforcement with personal assistants for part-time work. This could be suitable for you as a student, for example.

NOTE! Tilda wants only female applicants.

We have various shifts such as weekdays during the day, evening shifts, weekends, and night shifts (awake night). We will individually agree on the extent and working hours to suit both you and Tilda. In the summer and during school holidays, there are extra good opportunities to work a bit more, including during the day.

To thrive with Tilda, you enjoy working in a group with others but also independently. You will primarily work in Tilda's home in close contact with her family, so your social skills are important. You are responsible both in your interactions with others and regarding work ethic, such as keeping schedules and work plans.

Team Tilda Assistans AB holds a permit from IVO (formerly the National Board of Health and Welfare) to operate according to LSS. We have an employer agreement with Fremia, and with your employment, you will receive insurance and salary in accordance with the current collective agreement.
