We have introduced a 36-hour workweek in 2026 for staff with client-facing work and need to strengthen with more employees in several of our units within the administration.

Requirements

Degree in social work
You express yourself well in speech and writing

Meritorious

Knowledge of the Social Services Act, LVU, and other relevant legislation
Experience of authority exercise within social services
Training in BBIC, Signs and Safety, and experience in Motivational interviewing.

The Investigation Unit for Children and Youth consists of 24 social workers, 3 team leaders, and I, Maria Biemann, as the unit manager. The workgroup has good cooperation, a great openness, and we have high ceilings. We support and help each other in assessments and decisions. As a social worker, you will have regular case discussions and case reviews with your team leader as well as continuous external supervision.
