Our wonderful 8-year-old boy has recently been granted personal assistance. We want to create the best team around him! Our son has autism, ADHD, and a mild intellectual disability. He is a happy, active, and strong-willed boy who enjoys everything typically boyish; cars, trains, airplanes, all types of vehicles, playing soccer, cycling, being outdoors, playing, swimming, and doing practical things.

He can walk and talk by himself but needs a lot of support, motivation, and encouragement before and during various activities. He needs help with impulse control and requires someone to be by his side as he is creative and imaginative. Practical help with dressing and undressing and assistance during mealtimes is also part of the job. Our lovely boy may exhibit challenging behavior during routine transitions, but once you become his friend, you have a lifelong idol!

We are looking for someone who is resourceful and cheerful and shares our son's interests. You need to have good patience and inner calm. Experience with NPF diagnoses or working with children is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you live in the Täby or Vallentuna area as the parents are separated and live in these areas. We prefer you to be over 25 years old.

We are looking for personal assistants who can work: a couple of weekday evenings (2.5-hour shifts) per week and sometimes on weekends, Saturday or Sunday, 4-8 hours/shift.

Other:
* God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers wellness grants of up to 4000 SEK/year.
* We will want to see a copy of your passport (SV) or residence card (EU) or residence and work permit/LMA card (outside EU).
