About the position

We at Bonzi are now looking for more dedicated and caring colleagues who want to work as personal assistants for our client in Rosersberg. The position offers varying degrees of employment and is suitable for those who want to make a real difference in someone else's daily life.

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the client's life and contribute to safety, joy, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Support in daily routines and household chores

• Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and meals

• Practical support at home and during daily activities

• Transfers where lifting may occur

• Training and movement together based on the client's needs

Varied working hours on weekdays and weekends: 07:30 AM - 02:30 PM

02:30 PM - 08:30 PM

08:30 PM - 07:30 AM Awake night

About the client

I am 18 years old and a happy and positive girl looking for more assistants with big hearts and lots of commitment.

I have medication-resistant epilepsy and a complex respiratory issue, which means I need assistance around the clock and help with most things in my daily life.

I understand what you say, but express myself through sounds and facial expressions. It means a lot to me that you are patient, present, and clear in your communication, so that I can take in what you say at my own pace.

My interests include music and singing, playing games, swimming, riding, and coming up with other fun activities.

I have a lot of energy and enjoy when things happen, but sometimes I get tired and need calm and peace. You need to be able to read the situation and switch between activity and calm, always considering my needs and my daily condition.

Assistive devices

In my daily life, I use several different assistive devices, including:

• Hand and foot orthoses

• Standing scale

• Jumping play

• Ceiling lift

• Inhaler

• PEP

• Gastrostomy

• Cough machine

• Suction machine

• Saturation meter

• Oxygen as needed

Requirements

• Good physical ability as transfers occur

• No pet allergies as there are several large dogs in the home and riding occurs

• Non-smoker

• Experience working as a personal assistant or in healthcare and social care

• Swim proficient and tolerant of chlorine

• Very good Swedish in speech and writing

Start date: Interviews are ongoing and can be filled before the application deadline.

Scope: 1 position 75%, 1 position 50%, 1 substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
